Def Dance Jam Workshop
Founder/Director, September 1994 to Present
Overall responsibility for all aspects of this after-school performing arts and academic program for deaf, hearing and physically-challenged teens, including curriculum development, program and budget management, mentoring, volunteer recruitment and fund-raising.   Students enrolled in the workshop have consistently shown academic, social and familial improvement.

Special Program Associate, January 1993 to Present
Responsible for identifying, implementing and managing artistic and social programs consistent with Judson's longstanding history of providing services to the underserved. These include Licks 'n Licks, jazz workshops and performances for children in temporary housing, the Single Mothers' Workshop, and the Dance of African Descent Downtown (DADD) Series among others.
